Ambient, ethereal, relaxed.
I was asked by an enthused listener at a performance 'What kind of music do you call this?"
What I play originates from several genres encompassing rock, jazz, pop, new age (or post-prog), and even classical influences. The songs are from many well-known and some little-known artists spanning over 70 years of popular music. Songs range from classics written and popular in the 40's, through current, contemporary songs and artists. The common thread is the music: chords and melodies together, in a simplified form with one guitar, but with different timbrel textures, in a relaxed style.
